All products sold are for research purposes only and cannot be used for human consumption. Refunds are issued only in cases of incorrect, damaged, or missing items confirmed by our support team.
Requesting a Refund
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photographic evidence. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for resolution.
Return Process
Approved returns must be sent to Elovere Peptides at the address provided by our support team. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the error was on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If an item is eligible for a refund, a new order can be placed for the correct product.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
